Observation

There is a plastic climber observed to be missing a slide because the slide was broken. There is an area now were children can climb up and down that is not intended to be climbed. The climber is begining to separate in one corner and is not assembled per specifications. There are two picnic tables in the outdoor licensed space that are both damaged. There is a small trampoline in the outdoor licensed space. 10/20/22- virtual follow up- picnic tables and trampoline have been removed. Climber has been disassembled and removed today.
